About Servia Pakistan

Servia Pakistan arranges home and family services for households and organisations in Lahore. It is the Pakistan service of Servia, a home-services group that started in the United Arab Emirates (servia.ae). The group holds Dubai DET trade licence 1623702.

What we do

The site lists 26 services: 25 carried out in Lahore and one, the Dubai surprise, delivered in the UAE by Servia UAE and booked from Pakistan. The Lahore services include hourly and daily maids, deep cleaning, babysitters, patient and elder care, home tutors, Quran tutors, handyman repairs, drivers, pick up and delivery and corporate service contracts. Starting prices run from Rs 350 to Rs 6,500 depending on the service; hourly household help starts at Rs 500 per hour.

Where we work

Current Lahore service areas: DHA Phases 3, 4, 5 and 6; Askari 10 and 11; Gulberg II and III. Karachi is planned but is not live yet.

How booking works

1. Choose a service on this site, or message us on WhatsApp with the service, area, date and time.
2. We confirm the scope, availability, arrival time and final quote on WhatsApp. Prices on the site are starting prices.
3. You accept the quote, then pay. For first visits, a 50% advance is taken online (JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer) and the balance is paid on arrival, in cash or online.

How staff are checked

Before a first booking, our process records each staff member's identity and CNIC, current address, permanent address, a background check and three verifiers or guarantors, and includes service and ethics training. These checks support accountability; they cannot remove every risk or guarantee anyone's future conduct. Verification records are private and are not shared with customers.
